We will replace the product, send a replacement part or issue a refund (at our option) when the consumer provides a proof of purchase (receipt or bill of sale), along with a full description (and proof, if requested) of the defect.

     

    The Creative Product Group, Inc and UniCaddy® make no other warranties, express or implied, and this warranty does not apply to product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance, accident, other misuse or acts of God. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modied in any way. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATIVE PRODUCT GROUP BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.     VersaCaddy® shelves, hooks, extrusions and couplings are made from rugged injection molded PVC, can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth, and have a working temperature range of -20˚ F to 140˚ F.

     

    VersaCaddy® Zinc-Plated UniBrackets are resistant to corrosion and may also be wiped clean with a damp cloth if needed.
